  • Spring Testing

Due to the login issue for all users in the Test Delivery system, AIR and the Wyoming Department of Education encourage all schools to reschedule testing for the remainder of the day. AIR is actively working towards a fix.

All users will be alerted via email and the Wyoming portal once this is resolved. We apologize for the convenience this has caused.

Update 4/19: The Test Delivery System login issue affecting the Wyoming assessments has been resolved. All users and students are able to log in and test when ready. We appreciate all of your patience while we resolved this matter.

  • ELA Grade 9 Assessment

Students taking the grade 9 ELA assessment are currently able to move on to the second segment of this test without TA approval. All users proctoring this assessment today should have the student pause the test once they have reached the segment 1 item review screen if the student does not have time to finish the writing portion. AIR is aware of this issue and the TA approval will be in place as expected tomorrow, April 17. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Since this is a known issue, in order to let the student back into the Grade 9 ELA test to complete the writing portion on another day, please submit an appeal. Please consult the TIDE Guide appeals section for more information.

    Update 4/17: This is resolved.

  • Test Information Distribution Engine (TIDE):

The TIDE system is now available to Wyoming users for the 17-18 testing year for WY-TOPP and WY-ALT. Based on the user's role, this system will give access to managing user accounts, managing student information and test settings, verifying and modifying orders, and creating rosters that can be used to view test data, as well as other administrative tasks. The TIDE user manual provides an overview of the Test Information Distribution Engine and is available here.

Please note: All WY-ALT users who had access to AIR Wyoming Assessment systems in 2016-2017 will continue to have access this year. All new users will receive an email from AIRAST-DoNotReply@airast.org when a District Test Coordinator (DTC) or Building Coordinator (BC) has created the account. This email contains instructions on how to create a password and log in.
