WY ALT Learner Characteristics Inventory Questionnaire

The purpose of the Learner Characteristic Inventory (LCI) is to describe the characteristics of students who participate in the Alternate Assessment and Alternate Achievement Standards. The LCI questionnaire must be completed by Test Administrators for each student, before administering the WY-ALT Assessment. (Note: This form can be downloaded then filled electronically, or printed and completed by hand.)
