When using the print-on-demand function during testing, some TAs may receive a blank page with no items reflected on the PDF to print. This is currently impacting TA interface sessions that are created on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. As a workaround, please use Firefox and Safari to create test sessions when proctoring students with the Print-on-Demand accommodation. When using Firefox and Safari, TAs will successfully be able to view the request and approve on the PDF to print.
