  • WY-TOPP Initial Order Window

    The WY-TOPP summative paper accommodation form order window will be available in TIDE from March 2, 2020 – March 27, 2020. Please make initial orders for WY-TOPP print material during this time frame.

  • TDS Downtime

    In preparation for the WY-ALT test administration, the Test Delivery System (TDS) will be down from Thursday, February 27, 2020 through Monday, March 2, 2020. TDS will not be accessible during this time. TDS will be accessible again for Modular and WY-ALT testing on Tuesday, March 3, 2020.

  • WY-ALT Test Window 

    The WY-ALT testing window will open on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. Alternate Assessment Test Administrators (ALT-TAs) must complete the online Learner Characteristics Inventory (LCI) survey for each student testing prior to accessing the WY-ALT assessment. The LCI will be presented in the Student Interface prior to starting the assessment. WY-ALT TA Certified Test Administrators may begin administering the assessment once the test window opens. The WY-ALT test window will close on Wednesday, April 22, 2020.

  • WY-ALT Additional Order Window

    The WY-ALT paper response option Additional Order Window will be available in TIDE from February 26, 2020 – April 15, 2020. As a reminder, these sentence strips and response option cards are secure materials intended for a small number of students whose IEP or 504 Plan have paper accommodations and require the paper response options in order to interact with the test. Please make additional orders for the WY-ALT accommodation materials during this timeframe.

  • School Address Validation

    In preparation for the delivery of the WY-ALT and WY-TOPP paper accommodated tests, all District Test Coordinators and/or Building Coordinators must verify school addresses in TIDE before placing paper orders. It is important to ensure shipping addresses are correct. School addresses can be verified using this pathway:

    1. Select "WY-TOPP Paper Orders" or “WY-ALT Paper Orders” on the TIDE Administration Details menu.
    2. From the "Orders" task menu, select "On-Time Orders" to view the "Initial Orders" form.
    3. In the "Contact Info" panel, verify shipping information, this address should reflect your school address.
      • If an address edit is needed, click "Save" if entering the information for the first time, or "Verify" if verifying or editing existing information.

    Please verify school addresses during the WY-ALT and WY-TOPP initial orders window before placing orders. The WY-ALT and WY-TOPP initial order windows are available on the Important Dates page.

  • WY-ALT Initial Order Window

    The WY-ALT accommodation paper response option order window will be available in TIDE from January 21, 2020 – February 4, 2020.   • WY-TOPP Winter Interim

    The WY-TOPP Winter Interim test window will open on Tuesday, January 14, 2020. TA Certified Test Administrators may begin administering the assessment once the test window opens. The test window will close on Friday, February 7, 2020.

  • 2019-2020 Secure Browser

    The Secure Browser for the 2019-2020 administration is now available to download for various Operating Systems on the Secure Browser page. Please reference the Technical Manuals on the Technology Coordinators User Guides page for installation information. The 2019-2020 Technical Manuals will be available on Friday, August 16, 2019.

  • Technical Directors – Chromebooks: Chrome v73

    AIR does not recommend updating your Chromebook machines to version 73 before testing. AIR is working closely with Google to address an issue in Chromebooks using version 73 that does not enable the TTS accommodation to be used correctly.

    Update August 12, 2019: AIR recommends updating your Chromebook machines to version 75 to remedy the TTS issues experienced on Chromebooks using version 73. Please contact wyohelpdesk@air.org for support.
